Invest in Skills, Inspire the Next Generation
At Swift Childcare, we believe great childcare comes from confident, creative, and well-supported practitioners. That’s why our CPD programme is designed for both learners and employers, giving staff the tools to grow, and nursery owners the confidence that their teams are delivering the very best.
Our training is built on the Swift Innovation Approach, which blends creativity, collaboration, and practical strategies that can be used straight away in real settings. Each session is carefully designed to boost knowledge, spark ideas, and improve outcomes for children.
For practitioners, it’s a chance to gain fresh skills, explore new ways of working, and feel inspired in your practice. For employers, it’s an investment in quality, compliance, and innovation, ensuring your setting stays at the forefront of early years excellence.
With topics ranging from safeguarding and SENCO leadership to expressive arts, early literacy, and positive relationships, there’s something here to support every stage of your team’s development.

Looking Ahead: Round Tables & Community Hubs
In addition to our scheduled CPD sessions, we’re excited to offer a programme of Swift Innovation Round Tables and Community Hub events throughout the year.
Swift Innovation Round Tables bring employers together to share insight, explore challenges, and collaborate on shaping the future of early years provision. These sessions are designed to give you a voice in sector-wide innovation while connecting you with like-minded leaders.
Community Hub sessions combine focused safeguarding updates in the morning with early years practice development in the afternoon. They provide a valuable opportunity for your staff to access expert-led learning while also networking with practitioners from across the sector.
Dates for these sessions are released termly, so keep an eye out for announcements and make sure your team doesn’t miss out on the chance to learn, connect, and innovate with Swift.
