Swift is a Training Provider dedicated to providing high quality and professional apprenticeships in Childcare and Education. We work in partnership with employers and further education colleges to provide relevant and valuable training to develop the future generation of professionals.

Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a dynamic, well organised super star recruiter to join Swift! Working alongside our Business Development Consultants and Business Development Manager, you will be resourcing for, and supporting applicants through the apprenticeship recruitment process.

You will ensure each new learner you have recruited fully meets the eligibility criteria and that your advertising and networking activity is maintained at a high standard to achieve continuous growth. You will be predominantly recruiting for our childcare programmes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and manage adverts to attract new potential learners
Conduct CV screening of new applications and conduct telephone screening to progress eligible applicants to academy interview
Carry out learner interviews to select appropriate learners for the programme
Accurately advise potential learners on the programmes offered (IAG) and guide them through process to their start date
Ensure excellent customer service standards are achieved to ensure learner retention
Maintain all learner information on tracking system ensuring all activity is logged and recorded with quality and compliance
To work as part of an effective commercial team, liaising with the operations and compliance teams
To promote the culture of the company in accordance with its Mission, Vision and Values
To mentor Apprentices to achieve and learn professional skills required for the work place
To ensure all Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programmes induction paperwork is 100% compliant for handover prior for final checking/processing.
Attend networking events and jobs fairs, meetings and workshops as necessary to carry out your role effectively

Desired Skills:

Although training will be provided, the ideal candidate will have:

Experience of working in apprenticeships or recruitment
Great organisational skills
An ability to work well in a team
Strong Attention to detail and/or knowledge of compliance processes
A background or knowledge of the childcare or education industry
Fantastic communication skills

The role is full time Monday to Friday and based in our office in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. There is one day per week working remotely (normally Fridays).

Potential Earnings of £32,000 with commission.
