Ellie has worked with complex needs, she has got lots of experience in the care sector. She finished school and wanted to make an impact for others. She is inspired to work with children due to her role now yet has got experience in a private setting so she would be looking to pursue this for a long period of time. Additionally, she was inspired due to a specific teacher which lives amongst her school memories and she would love to be that person for a child.
