Swift Impact: Our Achievements Since 2021

At Swift, we’re proud of the positive impact we’ve made in the childcare sector. Since 2021, our apprenticeship programmes have helped nurseries recruit, train, and retain skilled staff who are passionate about early years education.

Through our comprehensive support services, we’ve successfully developed hundreds of learners, helping them gain qualifications, real-world experience, and long-term career opportunities. Here’s just a snapshot of the results we’ve achieved together, including learner success rates, employer satisfaction, and the overall improvements in childcare settings.

Swift Childcare Apprentices:

Leading the Way in Success and Achievement

Our apprentices surpass national averages, achieving higher retention, completion rates, and distinctions across Early Years Educator and Practitioner programs.

  • 26% higher  retention and completion rates than the national average for Level 3 Early Years Educator.
  • 13.3% more distinctions than any other students on the NCFE Early Years Educator programme.
  • 16% higher retention and completion rate than the national average for Level 2 Early Years Practitioner.
  • 9% more distinctions than any other students on the NCFE Early Years Practitioner programme.
  • 100% timely achievements and completion of their End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Swift is seeing significantly more learners complete EPA than the average, 98% of our learners achieve at EPA
  • Swift is seeing 3% more distinctions than the average, with around 70% of our learners achieving a distinction
  • Swift is seeing significantly more Level 2 and Level 3 succeed at EPA in comparison to the national average
  • Swift made up 2% of the total EPA sittings for EYE and EYP within the UK
  • Swift has a higher representation of under-represented groups
