Elisha is one of our apprentices from the West Midlands, who has recently achieved her Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification with us. She is going onto a great progression journey and has started her Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. We are very proud of Elisha's hard work and dedication that she has put towards achieving this qualification. Elisha is one step closer to developing herself and meeting her career goal.

Our commercial manager visited Elisha at her nursery setting. He also met with Elisha's manager, here's how some of their conversation went:

I know you've worked with Swift for a little while, so how's working with Swift and your apprentice here?

I feel like working with Swift has been a really positive experience for us as a nursery. We were able to enrol an apprentice really effectively and we had lots of support from Swift. They really communicated with us well to ensure that we knew what dates were coming up, what dates we had to put in the diary to support our apprentice. So I really feel that they supported us in that and I know that our apprentice has worked well with her assessors and she always has them there for support. And if we've got any additional questions we know who to pick up the phone to and who to speak to and there always there at the end of the phone for additional support.

If I asked you, if you were to take on another apprentice from Swift in the future would you?

Yeah, yeah definitely a hundred percent.
