When I first applied for my apprenticeship through Swift I was VERY anxious about meeting new people and fitting in in general however, as soon as I met Kelly, she made me feel so supported as if I can achieve anything!

Kelly has not only been caring and supportive to me throughout finding me an apprenticeship but has also been checking up on me regularly making sure I'm okay and that I am comfortable with my placement. I feel like I have not only gained an apprenticeship from Swift but I've also gained someone who I can talk too as a friend which isn't like me as I'm not a very confident person.

I am so glad Kelly as a mentor, not only because she made sure that I found the right placement and I was happy with it, but for her empathy and kindness towards me.

I also want to thank Kelly for answering the phone every time I called or emailed, every time I was calling you stressing about my placement, she always seemed to reassure me with positivity which saved my life. If it wasn't for Kelly I'm pretty sure I would of gave up out of worry. I couldn't of done this without her and I think she's a legend!
