Who we are:

We are a specialist childcare apprenticeship recruitment and training provider, Swift CC find talented apprentices that help nurseries improve their business.

We have fantastic groups of apprentices suited to nursery settings, with knowledge of: health and safety, physical development, first aid, activities and much more. Our trainers have extensive childcare experience, and they stay up to date with industry trends to keep our programme current.

What we offer:

We offer candidates the opportunity to work in the Early Years sector at full time, paid roles in progressive, friendly nurseries. We also offer employers our recruitment services, finding the right candidate for childcare positions at nurseries across the West Midlands.

Candidates have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience whilst simultaneously undertaking study in Early Years and achieving qualifications.

The qualifications we deliver are the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner and the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeships. With Swift you can train yourself up and find yourself part of a nursery team or you can upskill existing staff to make your team stronger.
