Theresa has got a work background surrounding care, she worked within the elderly community but would love to develop her knowledge and understanding of childcare. With having her own children which have also taken the route of becoming a nursery practitioner, she listens to her daughters stories and experiences which has inspired her to follow and achieve her own goals which had been postponed. She would love to do something for herself now as her heart was always within the child care sector.
