Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship - The Nest Day Nursery

The Nest Day Nursery in Walton-on-Thames, is a unique nursery that follow a child-led approach to learning. The children and staff alike get to participate in woodwork, cooking and gardening alongside a free-flow play environment. As a apprentice, you would be able to help and guide the children within this unique learning journey.

Essential Requirements – GCSE Maths and English C or 4, or an equivalent (Functional Skills level 2)

The main responsibilities of this job role will include:

• Working towards Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship.
• Supporting the development of the childcare provision.
• Providing an excellent range of activities that ensures that the child learns whilst having fun.
• Being a team player.
• Providing challenging and stimulating activities for all children
• Working with teams across the nursery setting
• Supporting children’s learning and development.
• Preparing and maintaining the environment and resources for the children.
