Our 13-month childcare apprenticeship programme is divided into four phases, combining practical learning with expert guidance.

PHASE ONE: THE ESSENTIALS
Phase 1: The Essentials (Weeks 1-8)
In this introductory phase, you’ll acquire essential knowledge and skills to support children’s development. By the end, you’ll be ready to confidently apply your learning in a real nursery environment, setting a strong foundation for your continued growth and success in the childcare field.
PHASE 2: THE CORE
Phase 2: Practical Application (Months 3-6)
During this phase, you’ll work closely with an assessor to apply your skills in real childcare settings. This hands-on experience allows you to refine your abilities, receive valuable feedback, and bridge the gap between theory and practice.
