Training Options

Swift Childcare Apprentices:

Leading the Way in Success and Achievement

Our apprentices consistently exceed expectations, achieving outstanding results in Early Years Educator and Practitioner programs, well above the national averages.

With a 26% higher retention and completion rate than the national average for Level 3 Early Years Educator, and 13.3% more distinctions than other learners in the NCFE program, our apprentices truly shine.

At Level 2, our learners also excel, achieving a 16% higher retention and completion rate and 9% more distinctions than their peers.

Additionally, 100% of our apprentices successfully complete their End Point Assessment (EPA) on time.

  • 98% of our learners successfully complete their End Point Assessment (EPA), surpassing the national average.

  • 3% more distinctions than the average, with around 70% of our learners achieving a distinction.

  • Significantly more Level 2 and Level 3 apprentices succeed at EPA compared to the national average.

  • Swift contributes to 2% of all EPA sittings for Early Years Educators (EYE) and Practitioners (EYP) in the UK.

  • We have a higher representation of under-represented groups in our programs.
