How long does an apprenticeship take?
The duration of your apprenticeship can vary depending on the program and your personal progress, but typically, it takes between 12 to 18 months. During this time, you’ll gain valuable experience while working towards your qualifications.
What support will I receive during my apprenticeship?
At Swift, we provide full support throughout your apprenticeship journey. This includes one-on-one mentoring, regular check-ins with your assessor, online resources, and access to a network of trainers who are dedicated to your success.
Can I complete my apprenticeship if I’m already working?
Yes! Our apprenticeships are designed to be flexible, so you can balance your work commitments while gaining your qualifications. We work with employers to ensure you get the on-the-job experience you need.
What qualifications will I gain at the end of my apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification in Early Years Education. You will also complete an End Point Assessment (EPA), which is a final assessment to confirm your skills and knowledge.
How are apprenticeships assessed?
Your apprenticeship will be assessed through a combination of practical observations, coursework, and an End Point Assessment (EPA). Your assessor will guide you throughout the process and provide feedback to help you succeed.
Do I need to pay for my apprenticeship?
No, apprenticeship programs are government-funded, meaning you don’t have to pay for your training. In some cases, your employer may also provide additional support or incentives for completing the apprenticeship.
