You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in a real early years setting while receiving training, support and guidance throughout your apprenticeship.
What you’ll be doing
As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced childcare professionals to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting children’s learning and development through play and activities
• Creating fun and engaging learning experiences
• Providing a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment
• Supporting daily routines, including meals, rest times and outdoor play
• Observing and recording children’s development
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Working as part of a supportive childcare team
• Following safeguarding, health and safety and early years procedures

Entry Requirements
• GCSEs in English and Maths are required
