We are delighted to share some fantastic news: Swift Childcare has been named Best Nationwide Early Years Apprenticeship Training Provider at the Midlands Enterprise Awards 2025, hosted by SME News.
This award is a tremendous achievement for us and a true reflection of the passion, commitment and dedication that everyone at Swift brings to their role. It celebrates not only the strength of our programmes, but also the care and belief we put into every learner journey and every nursery partnership.
At Swift, we have always been determined to do things differently.
Instead of delivering off the shelf, textbook based training, we have created a model that puts learners and nurseries at the centre. From tailoring apprenticeships to reflect each setting’s ethos, to offering wraparound support such as safeguarding, functional skills coaching and mental health guidance, our approach ensures apprenticeships are not just completed but lead to confident, capable practitioners who make a real difference from day one.
Jack Edwards, Operations Director at Swift Childcare, summed this up perfectly:
“This award is more than recognition, it is proof that our model works. By listening closely to nurseries and learners, and by constantly innovating in how we deliver training, we have built something that makes a genuine difference to the sector. I am proud of our team and excited for what is ahead.”Greg Morral, Managing Director at Swift Childcare, added:
“Our mission has always been to go beyond the textbook and deliver training that truly reflects the realities of early years education. We have never been afraid to challenge outdated approaches, and this award validates that commitment. It is a huge achievement for our team and one we will continue to build on as we shape the future of early years training.”
For us, this is more than just an award. It is a reminder that when training is delivered with passion and purpose, it can transform careers, strengthen nurseries and set new standards of excellence across the sector.
Here is to continuing our journey as leaders in early years apprenticeship training, and to many more milestones ahead.
