Staff will enhance their foundational knowledge by focusing on safeguarding and whistleblowing protocols. They will gain a deeper understanding of creating a safe, inclusive environment for children, recognizing and responding to potential safeguarding concerns, and upholding whistleblowing standards.
This includes the ability to identify, report, and act upon issues that may impact the well-being of children or staff. Through this advanced training, staff will be better equipped to ensure the safety of the nursery environment while protecting the rights and welfare of all individuals involved.
PHASE 4: END POINT ASSESSMENT
Phase 4: End-Point Assessment (Months 11-14)
At the final stage, your team will demonstrate their competence through practical assessments and a portfolio, ensuring they are fully equipped to work effectively in your nursery setting.
